As the Founder and CEO of EdgeFinders Executive Education, Heather has combined her expertise in coaching, curriculum design, and business development to create programs that transform how leaders show up — in meetings, on stage, and in high-stakes moments.

Her background spans corporate leadership roles, academic instruction, and hands-on coaching, making her uniquely qualified to bridge theory and practice. Today, Heather leads with passion and purpose, guiding organizations and individuals to find their edge through communication mastery.

Robert Bledsoe – Chief Financial Officer, EdgeFinders Executive Education

Robert Bledsoe is an experienced executive, CFO, and managing partner with a deep background in financial leadership, capital strategy, and business growth. As Chief Financial Officer at EdgeFinders, Robert brings decades of expertise in raising capital, managing complex financial operations, and guiding companies through key growth phases.

A Certified Public Accountant and graduate of Baylor University’s School of Business, Robert has successfully worked across a wide range of industries — including SaaS, food manufacturing and distribution, medical devices, dental, CBD/cannabis, and retail. His experience spans financial modeling, budgeting, GAAP accounting, tax strategy, and quality of earnings management, making him an invaluable asset to fast-moving, entrepreneurial organizations.

Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative approach, Robert also works closely with legal counsel on matters of securities, contracts, loans, and tax law. He plays a critical role in aligning EdgeFinders’ financial vision with its operational goals, ensuring long-term sustainability while supporting innovation, platforms and expansion.
